I can’t understand “justice” in the Kirstin Lobato case ? Why does the DA continually deny advanced DNA to establish “beyond a reasonable doubt” her guilt/innocence. DNA testing is so advanced, King Richard 111 was not only proven correct, but micro carbon testing confirmed a high protein diet (fish) , after 500 YEARS !!!
If a person “does” the crime, do the time, but if an innocent is jailed, that is injustice which the DA should be 100 % accountable !!
