A very interesting article looks at a recent English case where prosecutors attempted to convict a man solely upon DNA evidence – and failed. The article goes on to discuss other cases (incl. in the US) where DNA has not proven to the ‘silver bullet’ to a conviction and gives reasons for doubt about unshakeable faith in DNA evidence.
