This highlights one of my major criticisms of the jury system. It turns the courtroom into “theater,” where emotional arguments, not factual ones, rule the day.
For the prosecutors, it’s not about justice. It’s about winning, and they want to sway the jury how ever they can.
I agree, Phil. Prosecutors will do anything to win.
