Presumed Guilty here
I am trying to overturn a conviction of a man who was convicted of a sex crime in 2007. Everything about this case is unjust and I’m mad that someone in that county didn’t stand up for what they swore to uphold. I know this man is innocent and I need to know the first step to take in reopening this case? I know I have a long road ahead of me and its not easy to accomplish but I don’t care if it takes me till the end of my days to see that this man is cleared or at least that people realize how the justice system is always what it seems. Please someone help me. Any advice is appreciated. This conviction took place in Arkansas.
