Innocence Network UK Challenges CCRC to Change its Ways…

Leading up to a major conference on the CCRC later this week (which I’ll blog about in a day or two), the Innocence Network UK has released a report describing 45 cases of “plausible innocence” that the CCRC has refused to consider. For years the INUK has criticized the CCRC, which has a 96% rejection rate, for not living of to its intended mission of identifying and overturning the convictions of the wrongfully convicted.
