Texas to Execute Robert Garza Tomorrow

Texas just keeps them coming  ……..

RADIO SHOW PREVIEW: EXECUTION WATCH.  Unless a stay is issued, we’ll broadcast live: Thursday, 19 September 2013, 6-7 PM Central Time KPFT FM Houston 90.1 and Online…    http://executionwatch.org > Listen

ROBERT GARZA, condemned following his conviction on a pair of murder charges in the 2002 shooting deaths of four women in the Rio Grande Valley. Garza’s appeal was rejected in February 2013 by the U.S. Supreme Court. He reportedly told law enforcement he witnessed the shootings and knew of the plot to kill the women but did not fire a gun. A jury convicted him of capital murder under the Texas law of parties, which allows for a defendant to be considered just as responsible as the killer if he or she plays a secondary role.

On Sept. 26, Texas plans to kill ARTURO DIAZ. If it does, Execution Watch will air coverage.

  1. I think what the is going on in texes is terrible how can the keep doing this time time again. When does it stop that govener rick perry should be chased out he needs a xxxx in his xxx. I did not even no this went on so much till a year ago. I stay in Scotland in the uk so we never here anything I feel for garzas family texes will kill him the system is so blind

  2. The Texas death machine is slowing. First off, the state will exhaust its supplies of one of the drugs used to kill. One by one, manufacturers of these drugs are prohibiting sales to any entity that would use them in executions. Secondly, the number of death sentences handed down has plummeted. Still, 80% of all death sentences come from a very few counties out of the 254 in the state- mainly Houston’s Harris County.

Once again my group will be at the Capitol in witness against this barbarity.

  3. I think the death sentence is a good thing. i think we need to do more of them. more death sentences less crimes. Also if u can take a life then u have to give yours.

  4. Knowing What I know now garza wasnt the shooter n it was aknowdlege at the trial tx murdered an innocent man s young man who at young age made bad choice joinin gang muderin wasnt the answer kill tx party law it made me sick to my stomach
