I hope that you’re all familiar with, and in fact have read, the book by Jim and Nancy Petro, False Justice: Eight Myths That Convict the Innocent.

Jim is a former Attorney General of the state of Ohio, and Nancy, among her many other endeavors, is also a contributing editor to this blog.

I recently just happened across this interview with Jim and Nancy at the Columbus Metropolitan Club in 2010. They talk about what brought them to write the book.

It’s about an hour long, and I found it both fascinating and illuminating. Definitely worth a watch.

some one please take an interest in this innocent man’s case. He has had three trials and 2 were reversals. Please help,he has so much that proves his innocence and was proven medically to be innocent yet this county wants him to sit in prison so they don’t have to admit they were wrong. Phil, what a nice surprise to read this today. Thank you for your thoughtful post. We still consider the book our best piece of advocacy because it shares our journey of awakening to wrongful conviction. We hope anyone who owns a copy will lend it out to all of their friends. Thank you.

Please watch you tube channel Herman Nelson whistleblower busted corruption in government. Whistleblower had been sent to jail now on court gage order to keep quiet. Please share my videos, as citizens we must fight back with exposing those in government in wrong doing.
