I want to know when something is going to be done about these prosecutors who go in with the mind set of convict at all cost? Why are they getting away with it? If someone goes on the stand and gets caught lying, they have severe consequences, yet nothing happens to a prosecutor who suppresses evidence or forces a testimony by threatening witnesses. This has got to stop! If the justice system has no justice, what real good is it? I have a brother who was wrongfully convicted on a he said/she said testimony. I know of others who were convicted on the same type of testimony. It makes me physically ill to know it just keeps on happening!
