There are no words to describe the horror, pain and destruction of a wrongful conviction and being doomed to a prison death row for 22 years, never having a chance to mourn the death of her beloved son. But, today is a new day and a wake up call for the Maricopa County Attorney’s office, decades-long pattern of abuse of power and over-zealous prosecution, and Arizona’s Pandora’s Box of shame and horror — the wrongful conviction and wrongful imprisonment of innocent men, women and children.
Debra Milke, You are a survivor and have torn open Arizona’s Pandora’s Box that will cast the harsh spotlight on the many thousands of innocents that have been silenced and out of sight. We thank you and those who fought so hard for your freedom. Our prayers go out to you and your loved ones.

Another Maricopa County conviction gone bad with an exoneration to match Ray Krone from 2000.
Yes. And the state Legislature apologized to Ray Krone and said they had to do better next time. Better at what? Hiding wrongful convictions?
Debra is a real hero! Her case will speak for the thousands that are still locked up (especially in AZ) because prosecutors wanted to get re-elected on the backs of the innocent.
Not only the criminal wrongful convictions but the over zealous attorneys at the AG who are taking down nurses. One prosecutor there is Elizabeth (beth ) campbell. She knows fully well she did not have a case but goes full force with the taxpayers money and goes after nurses and destroys career and families. When it appears she shopped around until she could find a judge to sign her self written out opinion, as the judge couldnt possibly know what the case was about, she struts around like she has a ‘win” . Well she may get by in the this lifetime thinking she ‘won” in her own sick mind. Just like the Milke case , and Saldate , she will be exposed.
At that point I hope it destroys her family. When they find out what she is really all about.
The hard working nurses she took down with lies, and drama not clever prosecuting at all, is below the belt tactics that one never forgets, and the evil that comes off of this nasty horrible person will last a long time.

Debra Milke, the end, AT LAST! ( In case anyone didn’t notice! )
Debra MIlke won’t be free until her ankle monitor is removed, which requires a special hearing in approx. two weeks. The court ruled. Why wasn’t it removed then? Why waste additional dollars and time in another separate court hearing? It’s over!
